The primary functions of the ride-on power trowel are flattening the concrete surface, vibrating and consolidating the mix to bring up the cream, and screeeding for a level finish. Firstly, after workers initially place the concrete within the built forms, the machine is positioned on the pathway via a crane or its own travel mechanism. The machine then moves along guide rails, while its spiral auger, mounted on a transverse shaft within the frame, moves back and forth to smooth the surface.
Ride-on power trowels are designed for large-scale concrete slabs and professional superflat floor construction. Compared to walk-behind trowels, they significantly improve both work efficiency and finish quality. The reinforced gearbox and clutch greatly enhance the machine’s reliability, making operation simpler and faster.
