The mobile concrete placing boom serves as the final tool in the concrete pouring process. Connected to concrete pump lines, it receives pressurized concrete and distributes it via a slewing boom. Capable of self-propelled movement—either electric or hydraulic-powered—it can reposition horizontally during operation without external assistance. Its foldable boom provides 360° rotation, enabling full 3D coverage within its working radius without blind spots. This design allows continuous pouring and eliminates delays associated with crane relocation or mid-pour disassembly.

(1) The boom is divided into two or three sections, fully hydraulically driven. It folds and unfolds flexibly and easily, can rotate 360°, and has a wide distribution range.
(2) Equipped with both wireless and wired remote control systems, the operation method can be selected as needed. If one system fails, the other can be quickly switched to, ensuring smooth construction progress.
(3) The chassis features an inclined outrigger structure for stable support and comes with a balanced arm design. The base plate does not require bolting to the floor slab—it can be placed directly on the floor surface for simple and fast setup.
(4) The entire machine is made of high-strength steel plates and has been optimized in design, making the placer lighter in weight. This not only reduces the load on the floor but also facilitates hoisting by tower cranes.
(5) Key electrical and hydraulic components use imported brands, ensuring stable and reliable quality with a low failure rate.
(6) The machine can be disassembled into several components for separate hoisting and quickly reassembled. This significantly reduces the maximum hoisting unit weight, lowers the lifting capacity requirements for site tower cranes, and enhances the adaptability of the placer.
